so like, this has been bugging me for a while. how the heck do you pronounce your name wanutschi. english names, fine. japanese names? also fine because im a weeb. german names? Eh, at least i can look it up. but your name? your name is so fucking weird that the only thing that shows up is the ruffia wiki.
how do geg names work man?!

Oh wow, I completely didn't recognize how foreign my name looked until you pointed it out. So gegs once had their own language and as with different languages, there will be different ways of pronouncing words, different sound combinations and etc. I actually wasn't called Wanutschi originally as I had a generic cloned geg name such as "workergeg", "wildgeg", "forestgeg", or some other nature-based or blunt name. I decided to rename myself later as a representation of my affinity for geg-kind and restoring geg pride. So instead of choosing a transparent and blunt English name, I choose an antiquated and purely geg way of referring to myself.
The spelling of the name is based off of how letters from the English alphabet would vaguely correspond to geg phonetics and its alphabet. Despite how it looks, it is actually pronounced wah-NOO-chee. I guess I could always change it to "Wunoochy" to better reflect this or perhaps a cute shortened "Wunoots".

What! no! Your name is fine dude! Like, i totally understand what you mean man. I like study Japanese sometimes so I totally know how this different sound stuff works.
Also... I assume something similar for Kätzgeg right? Like the ä represents the a sound in cat right?

Yes, the ä sound does represent that. Although the name Kätzgeg looks like an English word with this aforementioned romanization. I guess this geg was into cats maybe?

Only through past story; not really personally. If it weren't for Kätzgeg angering the Red Queen, then this whole Dr.Kläpper thing wouldn't have happened. Other than that, that geg isn't very important to my interests.

Didn't katzgeg go into the apple house? Maybe she secretly started posting from there because of all the cat mentions on this forum? Catfish, cats, whatever. Perhaps she is part of a planned psyop by the apple house in order to steer the discourse of this forum in the direction of cats.
